Engineering team offering a wide range of servicing options to support
your equipment purchases, not just in Kenya but in many other countries
in sub-Saharan Africa. We have a team of qualified field service engineers
and a fully equipped workshop in Nairobi providing an efficient ‘back-to-base’ service.
Our project team will visit your laboratories to quote
for installations such as safety cabinets, cryogenic rooms, balance
rooms, autoclaves, washing machines as well as annual service contracts.

On-Site Repairs
We have a team of experienced service engineers
skilled in maintaining a wide range of general laboratory equipment;
for example we routinely perform KI Testing, airflow and smoke tests
on microbiological safety cabinets and temperature mapping of freezers
and incubators.
In-House Repairs
The Jencons Africa Service Workshop is fully
equipped. Our engineers will inspect and estimate the cost of your
repair and provide you with a comprehensive quotation.

We believe that all equipment serviced regularly,

Such protection can be provided by a Service
Contract which guarantees you reassurance and piece of mind
at a known cost.
On-site Contracts
- One routine maintenance visit per year
- Special contracts rates for labour and travel for
any further call outs
In-House Contracts
Designed for the smaller, lower cost equipment,
you send your decontaminated equipment to us, we service and return.
