Vision Biomedical DX40 Trinocular Microscope
The DX40 is a high quality routine laboratory microscope
with integrated ISIS® Expanded Pupil optical head (For full details
on ISIS® please see 450-706 below). The robust design incorporates
corrected plan achromatic objective lenses. A high performance Köhler
illuminator and graduated mechanical stage come as standard. Fully
camera adaptable as standard for use with digital or 35mm SLR camera
(camera not included).
Applications:
Ideal for hospital and research laboratories for investigation
purposes including; bacteriological inspection, cancer research,
pathology, histology, cytology, haematology, antibody research, reproductive
biology, cytogenetics.

Vision Biomedical ISIS®, Ergonomic Microscope Eyepiece
Replacement System
ISIS® is a patented breakthrough
accessory for a wide range of conventional binocular eyepiece microscopes.
Suitable as a retrofit to most common laboratory microscopes, ISIS® dramatically
reduces eyestrain and allows the operator freedom of head position.
A unique eye distance of 38mm allows for prescription eyeglasses
to be worn in complete comfort. The comfort and efficiency of an
existing microscope can be considerably increased by simply adding
the ISIS® system, at a considerably lower cost than
replacing the entire instrument.
Applications:
The ISIS® accessory can be used with most branded conventional
binocular eyepiece microscopes, including stereo, upright and inverted.
Ideal for tasks where operator comfort is critical. Can be retrofitted
to many other manufacturers’ microscopes including: Nikon, Olympus,
Zeiss, Leica, Motic, Meiji, Hund, CETI and many more. Please inform

onto which the ISIS® is being fitted. Each make and
model requires a specific fitting kit (not supplied). Microscopes
with ergonomic (moveable) eyepiece tubes are not suitable
for use with an ISIS.

Ceti Steddy-B Stereo Microscope with dual light source
A state of the art stereo zoom microscope with a
zoom ratio of 4:1 but with additional lenses to give
magnifications from 2.5x to 120x. This model comes complete with
epi- and diascopic illumination - individually switched and with
intensity controls.
The Steddy-B comes with a blue filter and white/black
and frosted stage plates, eyepiece caps and diopter compensation
on both eyepieces.
For custom and long reach applications
there is a selection of universal stands and desk clamps
which, when combined with the optical head and accessory
focusing device, can overcome virtually all space and span problems.
